A weekly Maori perspective on people, news, arts, and language from Television New Zealand (TVNZ).

  • 1In an age of modern appliances and fast-food, concerns have arisen about Maori health. However, enhancing Maori health is more than just exercise and diet. Wairua is seen as the essence of a person;s well-being. A look at two people who each have their own approach to wairua in terms of their health and well-being.
