  • 2Trouble at Bill The report of the inquiry into police handling of the alleged sex ring investigation carried out in Dunedin has been released. It concluded there was no attempt by Dunedin Police to pervert the course of justice, but it laid the blame for certain aspects of the police performance squarely at the feet of individuals. The report has not been universally accepted.
