  • 3French intelligence service agent Xavier Maniguet, who chartered the yacht which is alleged to have brought the explosives used to bomb the Rainbow Warrior to New Zealand, is facing prosecution by Auckland psychic Colin Amery. The charge is "reckless disregard for the safety of others by delivering explosives to French agents in Auckland". Amery has previously attempted to prosecute French agents Dominique Prieur and Alain Mafart.
