  • 1Rough Justice Steve Ogilvie claims he was jailed for a rape he did not commit. His sense of injustice was heightened after his sentencing judge spoke on "Assignment" last year (Nov 20). Justice Tomplins said that he believed he had sent an innocent man to jail for rape.
