  • 1"A Canterbury Tale:" It is the interview everyone wanted; South Canterbury Finances Allan Hubbard finally speaks. Rod Vaughan and Chris Wilks have gained exclusive access to the Timaru business man for this evenings 60 Minutes. Allan Hubbard is a man who polarises opinions - is he a Robin Hood-like hero or a muddled old man who should never have been in charge of the life savings of so many South Island families? Love him or hate him; something went very wrong with South Canterbury Finance. 60 Minutes investigates how and why this happened.

  • 2Entombed It's hard to imagine the living hell of being entombed hundreds of metres underground, but that's the fate of 33 workers, trapped in a copper mine in Chile. Early last month, the roof of their mine collapsed and, ever since, the men have been living side by side, in the dark, with limited supplies, and no hope of a quick rescue. Hundreds of people are working around the clock to keep the miners alive and, eventually, to free them sometime around Christmas.

  • 3Double Delight It's hard to imagine a tougher start to life. Triplets Madeline, Macey and Mackenzie were abandoned by their drug-addicted mother at birth. And if that wasn't enough, two of the girls, Macey and MacKenzie, were joined at the pelvis. Their fused bodies made adoption a long shot. No one wanted them. Then along came Jeff and Darla Garrison, a simple and selfless farm couple with a steadfast belief in the power of faith, family and love.
