Insightful interviews on New Zealand current affairs from Television New Zealand (TVNZ).

  • 1Mosgiel Woollen Mills called in the receivers on Wednesday putting 1200 people out of work. It is one of Dunedin'd key industries. This has brought about a new call for South Island Independence and a petition calling for self government for the mainland collected more than 10,000 signatures in four days.. The organisers hope to get the 200,000 signatures needed for a referendum - although the government will decide if this will actually take place.
