Bryan Bruce has spent the last six months investigating the current state of child health in New Zealand. Bruce is a baby boomer. He went to primary school in the late 1950s when the state provided children with free milk, free health care, and a free education. This Inside New Zealand Special Report investigates why the current state of child health in New Zealand is so bad, and what can be done about it.
